We do our best to ensure that our assignment with you runs as smoothly as possible. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we would appreciate it very much if you make your comment or complaint known to us. This way we can jointly look for a solution and implement any improvements.
If you have a complaint about our organization, consider reporting it to your regular contact person first. If your complaint has not been handled to your full satisfaction in this manner, you can contact the office management of the relevant branch. Also read our complaints procedure (in Dutch) here.
