Supervisory Board

On behalf of the company’s shareholders, the Supervisory Board oversees Baker Tilly’s management. It consists of three external members who are appointed for a period of four years.

• Dennis de Breij has chaired the Supervisory Board since December 2025.

  Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal: Enterprise Chamber officer/interim executive director and interim supervisory director
  Curiosity: Chair of the (LP) Advisory Board
  Sopra Steria Benelux: Member of the Supervisory Board, followed by non-executive board member
  GoSpooky: non-executive board member
  Aqua Aero: non-executive board member

• Joke Hoekstra has been chairman of the Supervisory Board since January 2018.

• Daniëlle Schuur has been a member of the Supervisory Board since October 2022.
