We congratulate EduGroup (portfolio company of Antea Participaties) on the acquisition of Seneca Burgerschap. With this step, EduGroup further expands its portfolio of teaching materials for civics and social sciences in secondary education, as well as citizenship education in vocational education.

Our role
Baker Tilly supported this transaction by performing the due diligence process, with involvement from our Corporate Finance, Tax Advisory and Legal Advisory teams. In this context, we carried out the financial, tax and legal due diligence.
