The due diligence 

In recent years, Gamma-IT Group has pursued an active buy-and-build strategy within the IT sector. In 2025, the group acquired Acces42, a company specialized in cybersecurity, and it is now acquiring 24x7 Holding, active in dedicated server hosting and internet connectivity. This acquisition strengthens Gamma-IT Group’s market position and further expands its service offering.
