NL-ix

NL-ix is a European internet exchange platform and part of KPN. Through its European network, NL-ix provides peering, data transport and cloud connectivity services.

The due diligence

STHIX is a Swedish Internet Exchange providing peering services across multiple locations in Sweden. The acquisition strengthens NL-ix’s presence in Northern Europe and supports its broader European growth strategy.

As part of the transaction, Baker Tilly conducted financial, tax and legal due diligence on STHIX for KPN.
