Xelion

Xelion is a Dutch technology company that develops software for business communications. Its platform enables businesses to manage calls, messaging and video conferencing, while integrating multiple communication channels in a single solution.

The due diligence

Through the acquisition, KPN expands its communications offering for SME customers with Xelion’s solutions. Xelion will continue to operate independently from its headquarters in Delft as part of KPN. As part of the transaction, Baker Tilly performed financial and tax due diligence on Xelion on behalf of KPN.
