Kuypers Zorg voor Vastgoed is specialized in carpentry, renovation, and other maintenance work on residential and commercial properties. Kuypers Installatie acts as a division of Kuypers Zorg voor Vastgoed, maintaining and servicing technical installations.

The acquisition

With this acquisition, Wessels Bouwgroep strengthens its position as a specialist in property renovations. For director Harry Kuypers, this step marks a logical moment in the development of the family business, which has grown over three generations since 1914 into a solid and broadly deployable maintenance partner. Because succession within the family is absent, a deliberate choice has been made for a structure that safeguards the company’s continuity while also creating room for further growth.
