The Acquisition

With this acquisition, L.H. Reijnen Holding secures a strong position in the European cleaning and hospitality sectors, while ensuring the continuity of Wecovi. In addition, the deal creates opportunities for further growth and development. The management team of Wecovi is therefore very pleased with the agreement and will remain in place after the acquisition.
