DIT Group

DIT Group, a portfolio company of H2 Equity Partners, is active in the recruitment and secondment of skilled workers and professionals within the construction, engineering, and industrial sectors. The company employs more than 1,200 Dutch and European skilled workers and professionals, operates 15 offices across the Netherlands, and maintains recruitment teams in Poland and Romania.

The Employment Group

The Employment Group, a portfolio company of Egeria, comprises the brands Faber and Cottus. Faber is the market leader in the Dutch painting and decorating sector, while Cottus operates in the engineering sector. The company employs more than 1,300 skilled workers and professionals and operates 20 offices throughout the Netherlands.

The acquisition

Through the acquisition of The Employment Group, DIT Group significantly strengthens its position in the Dutch staffing market for the construction, engineering, and industrial sectors. In addition, the transaction expands the group's service offering, sector expertise, and geographical reach. The combined business will comprise more than 2,500 skilled workers and professionals and generate annual revenue exceeding EUR 150 million.

Baker Tilly acted as financial and tax advisor to DIT Group and conducted the financial and tax due diligence.
