Personal Touch Travel is the first Dutch franchise organization for independent travel advisors, founded in 2006 by Harry Aarsse. The company forms a network of self-employed travel consultants who organize tailor-made trips around the world. It combines knowledge, motivation, and entrepreneurship of more than 150 experienced travel professionals to deliver a specialized, customer-focused market approach.
The Acquisition
The acquisition secures the leading position of Personal Touch Travel and provides opportunities for further growth and innovation. The management team of Personal Touch Travel is therefore very pleased with the deal. Personal Touch Travel aligns perfectly with the two key investment themes of BB Capital Investments: the “digitizing economy” and “human wellbeing.”
