Rotterdam, 30 April 2018 – Baker Tilly turnover in 2017 reached € 99.4 million (2016: € 88.2 million). This rise in turnover of 12.7% in comparison with 2016 was organic. Growth was recorded across all service lines: the strongest growth was recorded in audit (+28.6%) and in tax consultancy (+9.7%). Anneke van Zanen-Nieberg, chairwoman of the Baker Tilly Board, said: "Our 900 professionals have been able to achieve a strong regional presence through our 16 offices. This local involvement, together with the expertise that we can offer through national co-operation, is what our customers appreciate in our organisation. And that is reflected in our turnover."

Anneke van Zanen-Nieberg: "The importance to our customers of personal involvement is reflected by the Net Promoter Score (NPS) research, which we use to measure customer satisfaction. Clients rate relationships and personal involvement as two of the most important aspects of the service we deliver. Compared with those for financial services (8%) and business-to-business organisations (10%), our NPS of 20.2% is high. Additionally, the advantage of NPS research lies in the feedback we get from our customers about how we can improve the quality of our services even more. It is an ongoing process, because we cannot allow ourselves to fall short when it comes to quality."
